Description
Sacred Heart Schools seeks a full-time, 12-month Assistant Director of Enrollment Services for Sacred Heart Academy (SHA). This position will help lead and execute a comprehensive recruitment effort for Sacred Heart Academy, engaging prospective students and families in the admissions process. As a member of the Advancement team, the Assistant Director reports to the Director of SHA Enrollment Services and works closely with the Vice President for Advancement, the Marketing team, and SHA leadership, faculty, and staff.
Principal responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Coordinate recruitment efforts with athletics and coaches connecting future Valkyries with them.
· Provide tours to potential future SHA students and their parents.
· Recruit at grade school visits coordinating with SHA students to attend.
· Help coordinate and attend night recruitment events.
· Collaborate with marketing team on newsletter for parents and students.
· Work closely with parent ambassadors. Keep parent ambassadors of various grade schools by meeting each semester with parent influencers.
· Plan ambassador program, including interviewing students and training student ambassadors.
· Establish calendar of events for ambassadors.
· Partner with Marketing, Development, Alumnae Relations, School for the Arts, and Athletics to create recruitment pipelines and strengthen ties with grade school students, parents, alumnae, and community members.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree. Minimum 3 years of professional experience in recruitment or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills. High-level project management and organizational skills with keen attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and databases. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across departments in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. Must be hands-on and adaptable, with a strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
