Description
Sacred Heart Academy seeks a high school Campus Minister beginning with the 2025/26 school year. This position is a full-time, ten-month position. The Campus Minister will be a practicing Roman Catholic who will advance Sacred Heart Academy’s Catholic mission and Ursuline charism by fostering transformative spiritual and service experiences that form young women as faith-filled leaders. This role serves as a model for practicing the Catholic faith and centers student experiences on cultivating powerful moments for prayer, reflection, community, and service.
This position collaborates closely with theology faculty, the Retreat Director, administration, and student leaders to ensure that faith and service are interwoven throughout school life, offering dynamic opportunities for all students to grow spiritually and lead with purpose.

Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree required.
· Willingness to work towards catechist certification with the Archdiocese of Louisville.
· Experience working in or teaching in a Catholic School or youth ministry programming within a Catholic context.
· Demonstrated skill in mentoring young leaders and fostering student-led programs.
· Deep understanding of Catholic liturgy, social teaching, and Ursuline spirituality.
· Strong organizational, relational, and communication skills.
· Completion of Safe Environment Training within the first 30 days of employment.
