Description
Sacred Heart Model School is seeking a full-time, twelve-month Office Manager. This position is responsible for organizing and coordinating the school office and building operations and procedures to ensure effectiveness and efficiency. The position requires a candidate to successfully multitask while helping to lead other school office employees. The position interfaces with faculty, staff, students, and parents daily.

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree and experience in a school office preferred. An advanced degree or clerical/professional administrative certification are a plus. Candidate should possess a professional manner and welcoming presence; sensitivity to confidential information; knowledge of office management practices; attention to detail; strong computer, communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills; excellent organizational and time-management skills; and the ability to establish and rearrange priorities.
