Description
The primary responsibilities of the Enrollment Services Manager include assisting with all aspects of SHA student recruitment, managing the SHA shadow program, and serving as support to the SHA Director of Admissions to guide prospective families through the enrollment process. Secondary responsibilities include managing student volunteers for recruitment events.


Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Abides by the policies and guidelines contained in the SHS Human Resource Policy Manual
Participates in activities that help build a faith community on the campus
Be a role model of the Ursuline core values of Leadership, Reverence, Community and Service in all aspects of school and personal life
Presents a professional, positive, and enthusiastic image of Sacred Heart Schools
Responsible for prospective student/family support, including answering incoming calls, greeting visitors and responding to inquiries regarding enrollment for SHA
Maintains enrollment database for SHA prospective families
Works in collaboration with the Director of Admissions to support recruitment efforts
Communicates with prospects and can clearly articulate Sacred Heart Academy’s enrollment, academic, extra-curricular and financial aid programs to prospective families - must have a general understanding of programs at other SHS schools
Assists the Director of Admissions with all recruitment events, including occasional evening and weekend events
Schedules SHA campus visits, tours, student shadowing, and ambassador activities
Prepare and send correspondence to prospects, including marketing materials, invitations, decision letters, contracts, financial aid, etc.
Manage student volunteers for all recruitment events
Work with student Ambassadors to fulfill recruitment needs
Complete routine and special projects as assigned
Develops and oversees a parent ambassador program as it relates to recruitment efforts
Regularly and actively participates in Marketing Team meetings
Supports the Office of Institutional Advancement initiatives of SHS
Performs other duties as assigned


Working Conditions
Hours may vary based on seasonal needs. Example - 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. during shadow days;
8:30 a.m. – 4:30 on non-shadow days
Twelve-month contract
Work hours in accordance with EMC – 37.5 hours/week
Some evening and/or weekend demands


Accountability
This position reports to the SHA Director of Admissions and Vice President for Advancement

Requirements
Undergraduate degree required (preferred experience working in Marketing or with students). Strong oral and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Experience with database management preferred.
