Camp would include a different class challenge each day such as:
Effective use of Ballet Barre (how to challenge and make the ballet barre improve technique)
Turn out Tuesday (how to improve and properly place turn out)
Leg Strengthening and Stabilization
Progressive Ballet Technique (ballet barre with balance or exercise ball)
Body Sculpting and Stretching (insuring proper placement of body during stretch)
Supplies needed: Open space of around 8x8, ballet barre or chair, resistance band (also called Thera-bands). All available on Amazon
