Welcome to 2018 Camps Registration for Sacred Heart Schools. We look forward to sharing our summer with you while you learn new skills, develop new talents and make new friends!

Please select the athletic camps in which you wish to register (check all that apply). If you are registering multiple students, you will need to complete separate forms for each.​​​ All athletic camps are open to girls only and cost $110 each.​​​ If you have received a voucher for a free athletic camp registration, you do not need to complete this form. Instead, please contact Mary Gordon Stough, Assistant Athletic Director at mstough@shslou.org or (502)893-9353. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Occasionally, Sacred Heart Schools (SHS) produces brochures, videos, or other promotional pieces used for marketing purposes. Photos may be used in newspapers, magazines, campus publications or posted on the SHS website and social media. Videos may be used for educational or informational purposes online. I do hereby give and authorize SHS, its personnel and agents, full permission to copyright and use all and any print or video photographic footage made of my child and to make and use of all or part of said footage, either in conjunction with or without name and to make changes or alterations therein and all additions thereto for use/broadcast/advertising in conjunction with testimonial copy, and for any and all commercial purposes in keeping with the school’s and campus’s mission, philosophy, policies and procedures. The said photos and reproductions shall be and are the property of SHS.​​
By checking the box below, I hereby authorize the staff of the selected camp(s) to act for me according to their best judgment in any emergency requiring medical attention.I have no knowledge of any physical impairment that would impact my child's participation in the camp. By signing below, I verify that the above named camper is covered by my health insurance policy. I hereby release and save harmless any and all personnel of Sacred Heart Schools and the Ursuline Sisters from any and all injuries, loss, or other claims arising out of or resulting from my child's participation in this camp activity.
Refunds: A $10 processing fee will be charged for issuing refunds. No refunds will be given a week prior to the start of a camp.
