Parents are encouraged to become an engaged part of our school community. Research indicates a link between parent involvement in high school and future student success. At SHA, our parents are encouraged to take an active role in their daughter’s high school education and activities, guiding her toward a healthy adult life.
Two parent organizations assist Sacred Heart Academy in providing support and services to the students, faculty and staff and are ways parents become involved at SHA.
The Parents’ Association provides assistance to the faculty and at special events through the year such as faculty luncheons, open house, scholars brunch, and planning the father-daughter dance. This group meets on day a month in the morning after carpool.
The Booster Club supports the school’s athletic teams and co-curricular activities. The Boosters run the SHA campus store and concessions at sporting events. Proceeds go directly back into the school to help fund student learning, the athletic program, and extra-curricular activities.
