Interlude 2025 Guest Information

 

Dear Interlude guest, 

 

We can’t wait to see you at Sacred Heart School’s fundraiser, Interlude 2025 – All Heart. Here is some important information for you. 

 

The Louisville Marriott Downtown is located at 280 West Jefferson Street. Louisville, KY 40202.

 

The event will begin at 6 p.m. with a cocktail hour followed by dinner, live auction, Lead with Heart Appeal and then more fun with dancing to the band Kudmani!

Cocktail Attire and Open Bar

Final Wheel of Chance spin will be at 9:50 p.m.

The raffle winners will be drawn at 10:00 p.m.

The silent auction will end at 10:30 p.m.

 

You will receive a text message on Saturday with the Bidpal link which will also include your table number. 

 

Uber and Lyft are good choices for easy transportation.

Both self and valet parking are available for the event at the Marriott. 

The rates are as follows:

Less than 8 hours Self-Parking at the Marriott is $35.

8 or more hours Self-Parking at the Marriott is $40.

Valet Overnight Parking at the Marriot is $45.

Commonwealth Garage is located on Jefferson Street (middle of block on left hand side) between 3rd & 4th Streets and connected to Louisville Marriott Downtown.  There is a pedway accessible on the 3rd floor of the garage that will take you to the 2nd floor of Marriott, which is where the ballroom is located.

      Rates:

      $3 for 0 hours to 1 hour

      $5 for 1 hour to 2 hours

      $7 for 2 hours to 4 hours

      $10 for 4 hours to 8 hours

      $12 for 8 hours to 24 hours
