The mission of the Jean Frazier Leadership Institute at Sacred Heart Schools is to inspire students to discover the leader within themselves and empower them to share their leadership with the world.

Leadership Development through the Jean Frazier Leadership Institute (JFLI)
- The JFLI supports the mission of Sacred Heart Schools by developing students, faculty, and staff to become empowered leaders and promoting a culture of servant leadership.
- The JFLI teaches leadership development through an integrated curriculum that addresses four programming pillars: leadership, service, financial literacy, and global scholars.
- The JFLI, with the support of community and alumni partners, provides authentic, experiential, and transformational experiences that allow students to practice their leadership skills in real-world settings.
- The JFLI believes leadership can be taught through deliberate study and practice, inspiring students to discover their passion and purpose.
- The JFLI has created a four-part approach to leadership development, including social-emotional learning, skill-based learning, practice, and reflection.

The JFLI Leadership Cabinet
Inspired by their experiences, some at Sacred Heart Academy and all as leaders in their respective fields, eight dynamic women guide the JFLI as members of the JFLI Leadership Cabinet. The Cabinet serves as an advisory council to aid in the creation and execution of its strategic vision and objectives. The Cabinet meets quarterly to advance the mission of the JFLI by providing professional expertise and sharing their diverse knowledge, working to ensure the JFLI has a lasting impact at Sacred Heart Schools and beyond.
