Sacred Heart Preschool

Sacred Heart Preschool seeks a full-time Preschool teacher for the 2024-25 school year. An understanding of, and experience in, teaching in an inquiry and play-based school is highly desired, as is an awareness of differentiated instruction. Candidates with strengths in teaching with a Reggio-Emilia influence, Positive Guidance, nature-infused education, inquiry teaching and play-based philosophy are highly encouraged to apply. Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, the ability, and desire to work collaboratively, and dedication to continuously developing and practicing cultural competence in one’s teaching are also essential. Sacred Heart Preschool emphasizes social-emotional development and approaches to learning that focus on thinking, research, communication, and risk-assessment skills.
